Do I need to buy batteries when I purchase?

NO, all VisiGlo leads & collars come ready to use with high capacity AAA (leads) or CR2025 (collar) batteries.

How long do the batteries last?

Well depending on what style you have purchased, the leads will last approximately 60hrs & collars 30hrs.

Can the batteries be replaced?

YES, by simply removing the protective battery cover & replacing old with new.

Are the leads & collars waterproof?

NO, however they are water resistant. It is not recommended that you get either the lead or collar fully submerged.

What can I do if I've accidentally submerged the product?

Remove the batteries & allow the unit to dry completely for 72hrs, install new batteries & see if the unit functions.

VisiGlo Sport collars and leashes are available in three cool neon bright colours: Ice Blue, Lime Green and Hot Pink.
	LED: Designed specifically for low light and poor visibility areas VisiGlo’s LED range of collars and leashes are by far the brightest and most visible of all VisiGlo products, allowing you to be seen up to 1km away. VisiGlo’s super-bight LED’s are integrated into the entire length of the collars and leashes, providing an all round light source. VisiGlo’s LED collars and leashes are available in three super-bright colours: Bright White, Red/White/Blue Mix and Siren Red.
